Second Gamebuino

Postby wwtom » Sat Jun 27, 2015 3:35 pm

Hey,
I just ordered one Gamebuino about a month ago and I cant wait to finally get it. At the moment im thinking about ordering a second one for multiplayer. Is it actually worth it? I couldnt find many multiplayer games and im not a that great programmer, so I cannot make one for myself in less than a year ^^.

Also I would like to know what game was developed vor the person, who bought the "Hackathon"-Perk on indiegogo :)

for the linking cable you can use any GPIO female-female as long as you have four pins.

So my Gamebuino was shipped on monday, but I got a strange tracking number.
I thought the Gamebuino will be shipped from France so I dont need to pay fees.
But the tracking does not work and it seems to be shipped from China.
From which country is it shipped and how long does it take normally to get to Germany?

Hi,

the FR at the end of the trackingID indicates the shipping is from France.

I guess, due to the Arduboy-Kampain and the long delivery time of rodots supplier there are many backorders.
So, probably, he could assemble some gamebuinos, make them ready for shipping (testing/packaging), and then make online a shipping-sheet ("Adressaufkleber") where he get the TrackingID from the carrier. To keep track of all the orders, he put that id in the shop-software (which in turn interprets that as "shipped")
The link should work as soon as the packages are scanned the first time at the carrier.

Help-msg from Track17:
Your tracking number was not found, Possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.

Those in countries close tho France (like Germany) will likely receive their orders this week, or next week in the worst case. I don't know why the shipper took so long to register the parcel (vive la Poste ^_^'). Sorry for the inconvenience :/
