Pentax K-01 with a Tamron 17-50 f2.8. You could get this kind of quality with any modern camera though, even many point-and-shoots (as long as you have good light). The real champ here is my light box, and the GIMP.

Did you post process them? I can´t see a single stray pixel!

Yes, about 15 minutes per image of removing dust, hairs, and imperfections. The pictures look better than real life
