Pentax K-01 with a Tamron 17-50 f2.8. You could get this kind of quality with any modern camera though, even many point-and-shoots (as long as you have good light). The real champ here is my light box, and the GIMP.

Yes, about 15 minutes per image of removing dust, hairs, and imperfections. The pictures look better than real life :D
