I have a bunch of eBay breakout boards that use a GND DATA1 DATA2 VCC pinout, which is incompatible with Gamebuino's GND VCC DATA1 DATA2. I made a simple converter board using a piece of stripboard and two 4-pin female headers. Now I can add whatever board I want on my Gamebuino, from a simple I2C 32KB EEPROM to a full-blown Gas sensor I could have soldered the second header vertically, but the modules would stick out a lot. I think it's better to stick out at the top.
No schematics, just rewire the pins to meet your needs. Don't forget to add a short piece of heat-shrink to make it look pro
Here is a picture, I mainly made it because I wanted to use an 24LC256 on a test project but I think someone might find it useful (or get some eBay breakouts and build something awesome)
