It would be nice if the Gamebuino didn't look...wooden(you said that was detachable or something, right?). Methinks that there should a dark, kinda clear case.

huh what u talking about? the paper backing? that to protect the acrylic (transparent plastic) u dont want to have scratcher during transport, btw if u want u can just cut your own case in 70's electronics wood grain (mmm atari wood grain..) or even 3D print something to ur preference

It seems that the ICSP connector is back... hurrah for SPI modules \o/
But as I already ordered the early bird's batch, they won't have it :(

Looks ACE! Nice render.

I think this might be impossible but I wondered if the ´Gamebuino´ name/logo would be cool if printed on the metal part on the top of the screen, where it is thick. That way you may need it less in-game menu(but on the boot screen). Would it be too reduntant?

I'm okay for a sticker, if you can tell me a website to make them for cheap ;)

Here is the final case design I just sent for quotation. If you see any BIG mistake, please tell me quickly.
Changelog:
- "nut slots" to be able to screw large modules on I2C ports.
- "x slot" on the back to attach your Gamebuino anywhere.
- ICSP port is back
- acrylic is 4 mm wider and taller (+2 mm on each edge) than the PCB to protect the µSD, µUSB and ICSP ports.
- hole for the photo-resistor, so auto-brightness works even with opaque case (if you keep the paper protection for example)
- logo removed to improve ergonomics, cost, and resistance.
