Hi,
I was just wondering if the Gamebuinos are going to come with serial capabilities?
Thanks for your time.

Gamebuino has a micro USB B port (standard, like your smartphone) for USB communication with a computer, to load programs and games from a computer, and to charge the battery. I hope that answers your question
In a broader sens sense of "Serial", Gamebuino also features SPI and I2C as serial communication protocols.

So the hardware UART is not reachable over pinout.
When you like to have a UART the you can use the software uart with every pin.

Yes I was wondering about communication, thanks for answering my question. I assume this will give me access to commands such as Serial.println() and what not?
Thank you so much.

Yeah sure you can use Serial.println(). Note that the Gamebuino library also allows you to use gb.display.print() for text and numbers as well.
