Adventurous RPG Game (Pixel Artist Needed! :) )

I have just started a new game called The Twilights Moon. It will be a very large game with many levels, npc, etc. I am looking for a person who might be able to create the pixel art. I have already got the tileset for the map done, but I need sprites for the player and npc. Three to two frames per direction is what I need for the npc and player. I would like 16x16 pixels per sprite, and maybe 2-5 npc characters, and one player. It would be cool for them to look like the pokemon characters by Game Feak:
