Hello, I wanted to share with you my new game Crazy Car
Is a bit basic but playable
The goal is to avoid obstacles and get the biggest score possible
Download the code and grab the hex and elf files here :

Okay so I made a small itch.io page for a better-looking presentation

Okay so I updated the game and added more difficulty but could someone help me testing and tell me if when the game is on hard / extreme, the nails (the small obstacles on the road) are visible on your gamebuino, because on mine i replaced the screen and I cannot change the contrast (that's weird) so it's a bit hard to see them, tell me if it's okay on your's please !
Edit forgot the link to download the new version :

Okay so I tried to improve the visibility of nails but I can't test properly on my gamebuino :/ that would be great if you could test !
I also fixed the trees and added an INF file

It's as visible as the gamebuino can display fast moving images. Even on the extreme difficulty, I can consistently see and steer around the nails. However, only on the slow difficulty can I tell exactly what I'm avoiding. This is due to persistence, not contrast. Darker contrast seems to improve the visibility of obstacles, but makes the "ghost" worse as well. Overall, fun and surprisingly addictive game.

Wow. If you have a light contrast screen, I can see why there would be trouble. Everything becomes invisible!

Sorry to ramble, but I have one more useful thing to say. Is the car actually a truck? Because otherwise, it looks like it's driving in reverse.
And one last thing: the car should move and faster over time, progressively getting harder. Unless it already does, but I didn't notice if so.

Aaaaaaaaand back again. The optimum contrast is 64. Just thought I'd let you peeps know.
