I don't think we have any NPCs yet, and a large RPG without any would be, well, boring.

We don't have any enemies yet, either. Just keep in mind that the game is more an ARPG, so more zelda-like where the enemies actually walk around on the screen. For enemy design there is even more to do, though, such as figuring out how their attack patterns should look like etc.
If you also do the attack pattern stuff on enemies it would be great if you could do actual dev on the game, so that you'l need to set it up to compile for you so that you can do good tsting and thelike

ok,
could you explain the organisation of your sprite tool on your website ?
i see a lot of parts (sprite, .. ) were should i make Enemies sprite for example ?

also, for enemies sprites : i suppose we just make a side view and then the sprite will be flipped with the code ?

So for an enemy sprites we could make for example :
2 sprites of a walking enemy viewed from the leftside
2 sprites of a walking enemy going up
2 sprites of a walking enemy going down
1 sprite of the enemy attacking leftside
1 sprite of the enemy attacking going up
1 sprite of the enemy attacking going down

and for a NPC : it could be simpler like :
1 or 2 sprites of NPC viewed from the leftside
1 or 2 sprites of NPC going up
1 or 2 sprites of a NPC going down
but sometimes NPC doesn't move at all

what do you think ?
thanks

new version of the OST file, 4 new tracks in and not much else. You still have to open it with FT 0.5 Beta, right here :

Are people still interested in this?

I have to apologize at this point - i might have killed off the project myself by coding so much engine stuff and expecting story, music, etc. to roll in. I'd love to see an RPG for the gamebuino, and thus am very willing to push this project further, however, are people still interested in this?

I don't know. *Side note:* Maybe a discord server or something like that could help the development of Gamebuino games. Rodot, could you do that please?
