gamebuino clone,cant burn bootloader with sd card connected

Hi all,any ideas on how to burn bootloader on clone with sd card connected,it seems the bootloader wont burn whis sd card miso line still conected,hows this avoided on real gamebuino?

Make sure that the card is a compatible size, like the 128mb I got with my Gamebuino. Load the latest LOADER.HEX onto it and hold C while booting up. Maybe that will help? Alternatively you could flash the boot loader yourself over USB.
