Game & Watch: Ball

Postby naed » Tue Jan 17, 2017 11:18 pm

The recent resurrection of the Game and Watch posts gave me some inspiration, so I took some time away from creating sprites for my adventure game (viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3509) and created the following

I present to you - Game & Watch: Ball

Image
Credits to Quirby64 for the original sprites

Game is fully playable as is but i may add the following if anyone wants them and depending on time

Needed:
better sounds/Music
Crash animations
More game modes (??)

Disclaimer:
This is as close to the original game that I can get seeing as I never got to play the original Game & Watch version of this, if anyone has any suggestions then please feel free to let me know

Please find attached the HEX files for the game

I like it! It's really simple, but it's very playable. It would be cool if it remembered your highest score for each game and displayed it either in the menu or in the game itself.

Wuuff it'd be my first time implementing a high-score table and it's also something I think it's missing from the game, I know there is some games that already have a high-score table that i could take a look at to help with this

Looks like I've found something else to do :D
