Back from the grave

Introduce yourself!

Back from the grave

Postby Prozwolf » Wed Jun 01, 2016 6:44 am

Hello people!

My name is Prozwolf - but I'm better known now as Mikan Lumi so just call me Mikan :D

I'm one of the original supporters of the Gamebuino startup, (indigogo? Kickstarter? I've forgotten.) so my Gamebuino is quite old, and it's currently broken. I've ordered a replacement battery.

As for why i disappeared for 2-3 years, I kinda... forgot about my gamebuino, and didn't touch it ever since. It's a sin on my part, yes, so I'm re-introducing myself now.
Anyway, I hope we can all get along...
now...

Has anyone tried to use the Gamebuino as an Input device? For example, since it has a few useful buttons and an LCD screen, it could, per se, be used as a home-made remote control of sorts... I want to incorporate it into my Systems Engineering project... muwhahaha~

With regards,
Mikan :)

The battery I had bought was... uhm...
here are the dimensions:

Battery Dimension: 40.00 * 25.00 * 7.00mm(1.57 * 0.98 * 0.27inch)

that's too big!
My digital calipers were not calibrated when i used them at first 0.0
well, I can always 3D print a solution. Did i mention I have a 3D printer? It's gunna be lots of fun~
