Hi everyone!

Just got my Gamebuino yesterday and am super excited to start programming.

A little about myself:
Just graduated college with a degree in computer engineering from Purdue University.
Work as a software developer.
Super love video games.

This community seems great so far and I can't wait to see what everyone produces.

Just got my Gamebuino today! Yours is the first post I read on the forums, so I felt obligated to say hi as a fellow newbie. Congrats on the graduation. I'm an amateur Java developer myself (never went to college for it), so hello to a fellow software engineer as well. I started writing my own simple text based games with their own basic interface recently, so working with the Arduino system should be a blast. Can't wait to see what ya come up with and I'll see ya around!

Thanks guys! I have started playing with it this past weekend. I hope to be able to produce something soon.

I am really impressed with what has been made so far.

indeed, it's a pretty impressive little device, and we've got some pretty impressive programmers here The combination that resulted is sometimes mindblowing.
