Can some give me a list of software or things i need to download on my pc so that i can start creating my games.

Did you go through the Getting started guide? If there is anything you don't understand please don't hesitate so I can improve the tutorial.

Yeah, the "Getting Started' section on the wiki gives you a handy list. That list might change a bit though, as there are a few helper utilities out there already for things like image translation, sound composing, and whatnot.
