Install the drivers step

I recieved my gamebuino!!!
The set-up was running smoothly until i encountered this step "install the drivers"
My problem is that when i try to upload an example game onto my gamebuino i cant locate it on the serial port.
have i done something wrong in previous steps, and how can i fix this?

Why do you dont copy the games on sd card?

Which operating system do you use? I can't tell if you've done something wrong as you didn't tell what you did
Did you try with another USB cable? On another computer?

If you have Windows, try these drivers: www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM%20v2.1 ... tified.exe
