Yes this is a nokia 5110 recycled screen. You can get a replacment unit for as low as
$2.5 including shipping on eBay.

is it really necessary to remove the screen to clean it completely ??!

Sometimes moving the screen is enough. If it doesn't solve you problem, yes, you have to snap it off to clean the rubber contacts on the back. Don't worry that's easy.

Indeed. If you have to remove the screen, there's four little tabs, push them out with a small screw driver, take the screen off, clean both the screen and the board with rubbing alcohol, and snap the screen back on.
