I'm just fooling around with some things, and I can't seem to change the Volume.
Anyone know how?

You can change the default volume to on/off in the settings, but some games override this option. If you'r looking for promotional control, you might have to add a variable resistor or micro potentiometer to the speaker circuit. You can define detailed volume for each sound in the code, but not live, and not for all games at once.

Could the volume for each sound be manipulated with a variable?

If you create costume notes there might be a way to define the volume.
