Did it work before ?
What operating system do you use ?
Do you have any other arduino device to check that drivers are correctly installed ?

The Arduino Uno works fine.
I run Win7 x64.
I will test it on another PC

I've seen problems with some Arduinos (compatibles) connected to USB 3.0. (They seem to work properly on USB 2.0 inputs)

Yeah, it's not just Arduinos that do that, either. My keyboard and mouse are both like that. It happens with a few various devices.
