Creating a .IMG for Simbuino
jhhoward Mon Oct 26, 2015 11:00 am
My game uses Petit fatfs for loading maps from the SD card and I'd like to run it in Simbuino to test some problems I'm having. I see that it requires a .IMG disk image for SD card emulation. What is the easiest way to generate one? (In Windows)

I use Win32 Disk Imager.

Brilliant, thanks!
For anyone else trying to do this using Win32 Disk Imager, you will need to plug your SD card into your machine first, and essentially 'clone' the drive into a .IMG file by pressing 'Read'
